This recipe is pretty straightforward, you can buy pre-mixed Italian seasoning or make your own. I’m watching my sodium intake so I usually choose to skip on the salt & pepper additives.
I also love combining this chicken with a variety of roasted veggie or potato recipes for a single sheet pan dinner! I usually make this chicken alongside Lipton baked potatoes and roasted broccoli for extra crunchy goodness.
